Crafted an immersive array of physical and digital brand touchpoints for a prestigious three-day event celebrating top achievers. Embracing the theme “A Constellation of Wonder,” we drew inspiration from the natural beauty of the location, weaving elements of the clear night sky and desert landscape throughout. Our offerings ranged from personalized welcome packets and name badges to a meticulously designed 35-page welcome book. Additionally, we designed event signage adorned with attendee quotes, custom-branded merchandise such as totes, tees, and lip balm, as well as standout features like a 12-foot coyote sculpture for captivating photo opportunities. This comprehensive approach ensured every detail reflected the event’s spirit of excellence and wonder.
